Welcome to Grounded Personal Training and Sports Performance blog. Grounded Personal Training and Sports Performance is a growing private studio headed by two great trainers, the tandem of Jason and Jason are here to help and answer all your questions. Both trainers have a active lifestyle and live what preach. Knowing what it takes to reach your goals is an integral aspect of their program design.

One trainer specializes in weight loss and is looking forward to helping you drop those unwanted pounds. If you have collected fat around your hips, thighs, or stomach and just can not drop it Jason can help.

Our other great trainer and strength coach has worked with NCAA D1 and professional athletes in addition to being a college football player himself, so he knows what it takes to get to the next level and how to get there. So if it is sport performance you are looking for you have found your strength coach.
